The Berkeley Group is a residential and commercial property developer focusing on urban regeneration and mixed-use developments. We are a leader in urban regeneration, with a focus on the renaissance of the towns and cities of London and the South East of England.
We work primarily through our three main operating divisions; Berkeley Homes, St George and St James Homes, each with its own strong brand and individual approach.
